The constitution

     A constitution is a basic law of the state that determinate its fundamental political. This law has a prodigious role since it sets the states organization, the powers and authorities of government between different political units and the basic principles of the society. Not to forget that it composes the rules that lead the governments and the citizens within the political life. The first constitution was written in Medina Saudi Arabia by the prophet Mohamed. It was made to have a freedom of speech, to spread peace.

      From my personal point of view, I believe that writing the Egyptian constitution first before the presidential elections, since the constitution contains rules of the executive power and will decide diverse laws applied on different point, such as the nationality, the age, his capacity, etc. of the upcoming president. And will include all rules and regulations related to the selection criteria and the authority given to the president, thus if the president was elected first he will have the power to influence the constitution on his way, and personally I believe that no one should have all the power and be an eclipse on the citizens. Meanwhile having presidential elections as fast as possible can lead the country to much more security to the political life; and stability will cover all the political, economical sectors, which means more investors will invest their money in Egypt.

     And to conclude, having the constitution before the presidential elections is from my point of view, what we should do, as the executive power has a large role in the constitution and occupies a big part of it.

New year's Resolution

     As the clock go tick-tock and it needle “runs” to the 12, each living soul on this earth, gets ready for his departure while sending goodbyes to 2011, and getting ready to write a new chapter in his “autobiographical “novel, planning to start a fresh years, full of good memories and achievements, planning to be a better person.  And in those few second left, they quickly write their New Year resolution, some on paper on a form of a long list, and others just mentally. But sorrowfully, after a month this paper won’t be there anymore, and those thoughts will all be erased leaving no signs. That’s exactly what enlighten my lack of believe in this kind of resolution. Despite the fact that I still write down my own every year, hoping to realize them.

     2011 wasn’t exactly that ideal, however I passed by lots of remarkable times, some that had drawn a smile on my face and other that had drawn droplets filled with tears. Furthermore there were very zealous moments as well as other very prosaic instants. Now let us turn the page and talk about our future remembering that old is gold and that past is always a good lesson for our future. So for this year I’m planning to be a better person, first of all, my education, through the last year, I’ve learned that my “not so good” work was all caused by my lack of concentration, which sometimes bump up my time in doing work, for instance things that should be done in an hour, toke me three, and so on. In addition, I’ve decided to draw more attention to other subjects that interests me less, because they are always were my grades decrees.

     And in second place let me talk about family and friends. I’ve realized my relation with my brother and sister isn’t that good, that’s why it one of my goals this year to care more about them, not to forget my parents, which are doing their best to please me. Moreover, I’m trying my best to always be there for them, like they always were and animate there life. And last but not least, I manage to be more positive, because, let us remember that nothing is perfect and that accidents happens and every cloud has a silver lining. Thus I’m trying and will try my best to be more talkative, and more compatible.  And finally, I’m trying to be more organized and ordered, since that will really facilitate lots of facts in my life.

     And to conclude, everyone waits for new years to change, but why new years, why not today, why not now?  Despite the fact that it’s a new fresh years, and that’s a new start. Frankly I think it all about motivation, about your inspiration, because as they say “when there’s a will there’s a way” because once you have motivation and you’ve determinate to finish it you will always find your path.  But you must latterly keep in mind that “action speaks more than words” and that one should implement his actions, rather than talking about them. 

Globilazation

     Globalization, is a very complex, not easily defined word, that posolutely have up and downs, advantages and disadvantage.   And with no doubt impact on countries more than others. But after all its established for the whole world, for each country existent on this globe. The following video will give you a quick idea of what this is all about.

     Globalization is the process of increasing the connectivity and the interdependence of the world’s market and business, it’s the fact of being related to other countries from three mains areas: political, economic and cultural, which have as role to facilitate traveling, communicating and international business through a country to another. The controversy is bisected, which means it’s divided in two parts: Some who thinks Globalization will damage their life and waste away their cultural norms throughout the time others thought it would be our path to developing and rising, our track to a Utopian world.

     After discussing different points of views, let us embark on with the advantages of the globalization. Due to globalization, lots of trades increased between nations, which means no war, or conflicts. And as previously said it will facilitate traveling, communicating and international business. Let us take the example of the some changes that took over after the globalization: First of all the cost for transportation of products decreased by 65% since 1930, due to low fuel prices and the development of new way of transportation and  the average price of telephone call from New York to London is decreased by 99% since 1930. And last but not least, it will result to an improvement in the health circumstance in poor countries.

    Now let us trait some disadvantages of the globalization. First of all cultures will get coalesced with different cultures, which means   everyone will have the same culture. In addition it will cause natural destruction and it will bring to an end small businesses.

     Personally, I am with globalization, since it’s relate countries to others and it terminate wars between a country and solve conflicts and for the reason previously mentioned, it improves health circumstance in Africa and Asia. All that will facilitate our lives, and we will live in healthier place neglect its disadvantages, everything has got in a way or another weaknesses. It all about appointing what will really help us develop and progress faster.

Winter Break

   Those two weeks which I passed in California with my cousins were very exciting and memorable, since I tried new experience and was amused by an extraordinary view. It all began the second we arrived, as my cousins were going to a hockey game of a well known team called “Sharks”. It was my first time to go to a hockey game, but as I went I discovered a very cheerful spirit till the end of the game when it began to be very tense as we all were stressed out.

     Two days after we were packing our stuff for our trip to Tahoe, a city along the borders between the California and Nevada, which is known for it amazing fresh water lake and High series of Mountains. As we arrived at the afternoon, we were shocked by the marvelous view.  As the sun rised up in the sky, everyone was already up getting ready for skiing, which I certainly couldn't do with one broken hand. But at the time they were on the mountain, I was taking pictures of the breathtaking view we saw. One of them is the one above.

     After few days spent there, we had to get back to California for the New Year’s Eve, which was a very remarkable day; we played lots of activities and had lots of fun. Later on we went shopping a lot, and got all we needed, and worked on my personnel project.

     And finally, the greatest thing of all that, was that we were all together, having  fun and doing what we love, not to mention we were 12, so it was better and much fun. Through it didn’t meet my friends as we planned weeks ago; thus we were always video chatting and messaging each others.
